Whether you are looking to get faster and stronger or simply have better balance or make day-to-day activities easier, Sean can come up with a workout plan to get you there.
Al is a seasoned wellness practitioner and educator with decades of experience helping individuals cultivate strength, vitality, and inner peace. A Master Trainer certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), Al holds credentials in personal training, strength and conditioning, yoga, nutrition, exercise therapy, group fitness, and personal transformation.
